About me
With a focus on customer experience, I provide the strategic link between VA's OIT and the Board to deliver software and services that meet the Board's current and future needs and ultimately our Veterans. I am a trusted advisor to the Board and advise them on how OIT can help improve their capabilities to better meet their mission and serve veterans. I accomplish this by helping the Board identify opportunities and challenges in the IT space, developing long-range plans and determining funding profiles.
